David Gwilliam has been appointed UK chief operating officer by the professional services firm. Gwilliam has been a partner with Baker Tilly for 17 years, and regional managing partner for the London region for the last four. His international services career spans over 20 years.
JP Morgan Asset Management
John Bilton has been appointed head of the global strategy team at the asset management company. He was previously head of European investment strategy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
RPC
The law firm has promoted Mark Lynch to the position of legal director. Currently a senior associate, he runs the transactional construction team. He joined RPC in 2012 from Dundas & Wilson, having qualified in 2005.
KPMG
The professional services firm has appointed Adam Davis as a senior member of its insurance solutions leadership team. He was previously head of pricing and product development at Metlife UK.
BNY Mellon
The bank has announced three senior executive appointments to HedgeMark, its dedicated managed accounts provider. Bill Santos becomes global head of business development, Maxine Alexis becomes head of the legal consultant group, while Neil Novembre becomes head of fund accounting.
CR Investment Management
Elyza Daniel has been appointed to lead the financial advisory firm’s pan-European infrastructure team. She most recently worked at Harbor Bridge, where she acted as interim chief financial officer. Daniel has also held roles at Clean World Capital.
Cantor Fitzgerald
The mid-market investment bank has appointed Sarah Wharry as managing director of energy on its corporate finance team. She joins from RFC Ambrian, where she led its oil and gas advisory practice.
Weber Shandwick
Chris Hogwood has been appointed head of property and planning for the PR firm’s corporate, financial and public affairs division in London. He joined in 2011 from local government lobbying group London Councils.
