The accountancy firm has appointed Ian Williams as a director in its restructuring and recovery service line. A solicitor with over 25 years’ experience, he previously worked at SGH Martineau, specialising in international corporate recovery cases.
ING Investment Management
The investment management firm has appointed Bart Oldenkamp to its integrated client solutions team. He joins from Cardano Risk Management, where he was a member of the management board. Oldenkamp has also held roles at ABN Amro Asset Management.
Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co
Chris Oglethorpe has been appointed HR director at the law firm. He joins from RBS, where he held various senior positions, including HR director of Williams & Glyn. Oglethorpe has also held senior positions at Aviva Investors and Lazard.
RBC Global Asset Management
Royal Bank of Canada’s asset management division has appointed John C Donohue as managing director and head of liquidity management. He previously led cash management operations for Eaton Vance, Dwight Asset Management and Lehman Brothers Asset Management-Neuberger Berman.
Holman Fenwick Willan
The law firm has announced the appointment of Neil Adams as an employment law partner. He joins from Edwards Wildman Palmer. Adams advises on all aspects of employment counselling and complex litigation.
Payment Systems Regulator
The payments industry regulator has announced three senior appointments. Carole Begent joins as head of legal from the Competition and Markets Authority, where she is senior legal director, mergers, markets and sector regulation. Mark Falcon joins as head of regulatory policy and strategy from Hutchison 3G UK (Three), where he is head of economic regulation. Louise Buckley joins as head of stakeholder engagement and communications from Stracey Wheeler Consulting, where she is a director and senior communications consultant.
Jones Day
Alan Davis has been appointed antitrust partner at the law firm. He joins from Pinsent Masons, where he was a partner in its competition team. Davis focuses on UK antitrust matters.
