Ashurst
The law firm has appointed Sarah Morton-Ramwell as global pro bono partner. She joins from Reed Smith, where she was responsible for its pro bono and corporate responsibility projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Old Mutual Global Investors
The asset management firm has appointed David Cameron-Mowat as UK equity analyst. He joins from UBS, where he was associate director for UK small and mid-cap equity sales. Cameron-Mowat has also worked in UBS’s investment bank and at PwC.
Baker Tilly
The accountancy firm has announced two appointments. Dan Robertson becomes tax partner in its London tax team. He has over 15 years’ experience in business advisory, most recently specialising in the technology and media sector. Ian Sadler becomes partner and national global compliance and outsourcing leader. He has over 13 years’ experience as a partner in the Big Four professional services firms.
Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ
The bank has announced the appointment of Michael Hogan as managing director and regional head of transaction banking sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joins from National Australia Bank, where he was head of trade for Asia. Hogan has also previously worked for Standard Chartered Bank for 17 years.
ACE Group
The multiline property and casualty insurer has appointed Glenn O’Halloran as environmental risk underwriter for the UK and Ireland. He joins from ACE in Sydney, where he was environmental risk underwriter for the Australia and New Zealand market.
KPMG
Sebastian Habibi has been appointed director in the professional services firm’s healthcare corporate finance team. He joins from the Department of Health, where he was most recently head of social care strategic policy and finance.
RPC
Parham Kouchikali has been appointed partner in the law firm’s London office. He joins from Linklaters, and has a focus on financial litigation and contentious regulatory matters.
