BROWN RUDNICK
The law firm has appointed Nicola Kerr as a partner in its corporate team in London. She was previously European head of employment at King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin) for over 15 years, and advises on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
DEUTSCHE ASSET AND WEALTH MANAGEMENT
Stefan Kreuzkamp has been appointed chief investment officer, head of investment management and member of the asset management firm’s global executive committee. He joined in 1998, initially working in money markets and later in fixed income fund management.
EXANE BNP PARIBAS
The European equities broker has appointed Sofia Savvantidou as head of utilities in its equity research team. She joins as managing director from Citigroup, where she was previously head of utilities. Savvantidou has over 15 years’ experience.
HAITONG SECURITIES
The Chinese investment bank has announced several appointments to its equities team. Matthew Holland joins as head of trading UK. He has over 25 years’ experience at Morgan Stanley, most recently as managing director and head of Asian cash equity trading in Hong Kong. Nick Mace joins as senior Asian equity sales executive. He has previously held roles at Citigroup and Macquarie. Stephen Constable-Maxwell has been appointed to equity sales focusing on Europe. He has 30 years’ experience, holding roles at Dresdner, Bear Stearns and HSBC. Finally, Richard Hall has been appointed to equity sales focusing on Europe. He joins from HSBC, and has also held roles at UBS.
MONEYCORP
The foreign exchange and international payments firm has appointed Chris McHale as senior dealer in its UK corporate foreign exchange and international payments business. He joins from Santander, where he was executive director in its foreign exchange sales team. McHale has also held roles at RBS.
REDINGTON
The investment consultancy has announced the appointment of Lydia Fearn to the newly-created role of head of defined contribution and financial wellbeing. She joins from Barclays Corporate & Employer Solutions, where she was responsible for creating solutions and leading investment advice to pension scheme trustees and sponsors. Fearn has also held roles at Lane Clark & Peacock and Aon Hewitt.
