Aviva Investors
The investment management business has appointed Andrew Davey as assistant fund manager to its Lime Property Fund. He joined the company in 2007.
Deloitte Real Estate
Steve Johns has joined the real estate business to head its City leasing team. Johns previously spent 17 years at Cushman & Wakefield, and was most recently a partner in its City leasing team.
Pinsent Masons
The law firm has made two new hires. Manoj Vaghela, a contentious insurance lawyer, has been appointed partner. He was most recently at Clyde, and specialises in Bermuda Form policy disputes. Chamika Hand has been appointed legal director in Pinsent Masons’s insurance group. She also joins from Clyde.
EM Group
The recruitment company has hired Jonathan Robin as head of its front office and private equity division. Robin is co-founder and former managing director of Kinsey Allen Consulting. He was also previously chief executive of Berkeley Frost.
AXA Private Equity
Juan Angoitia has joined the private equity firm as managing director for infrastructure in its Paris office. Angoitia has 15 years’ experience in the infrastructure industry. He was most recently at Citi Infrastructure Investors, where he was an investment principal based in London.
Eversheds
The law firm has appointed two new partners. Mark Beardmore specialises in mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He was previously at DLA Piper, where he was a corporate partner and managing partner of its Birmingham office. Simon Jones was formerly Birmingham head of technology and sourcing at DLA Piper.
Hammerson
Louise Ellison has joined the retail property company as head of sustainability. She joins from M&G, where she was responsible for overseeing the sustainability strategy across its real estate portfolio. Prior to that, she was head of sustainability at Quintain.
Reed Smith
The law firm has recruited Jonathan Solomon as a partner in its energy and natural resources group. He previously worked at Dentons.
