Collinson Group has appointed Rebecca White as head of proposition for accident & health (A&H), a core element of its fast-growing insurance and assistance division. In her new role, Rebecca will look to create a leading, global partnership proposition across the firm’s A&H product line as well as building innovative products and service enhancements to create new growth and opportunities for the firm’s partners.
Rebecca has a wealth of expertise in international medical insurance, market access strategies, proposition development, and implementing and managing strategic partnerships. She has held a variety of roles in the financial services and healthcare industries, with management experience in both large organisations as well as start-up healthcare firms. Prior to joining Collinson, Rebecca spent 10 years at Bupa Global, where she held a number of operational, strategic and development roles including market development manager.

Boyden
Boyden, a global leader in executive search, yesterday announced that Uma Cresswell has joined the firm as a partner and global head of HR and talent management, financial services. Based in the London office, she will be an integral part of the Boyden global financial services business. Uma has over 20 years’ experience in senior financial services HR roles and has worked at C-suite level in Europe, the Middle East, North America, Asia and Australasia. Prior to joining Boyden, she held senior roles at ANZ Banking Group, AXA Rosenberg, Deutsche Bank, Cable & Wireless and NatWest Bank. She brings to the business a first-hand understanding of both the people and regulatory challenges facing financial services firms.
Natixis
Natixis, the French investment bank and subsidiary of Groupe BPCE, has appointed Serge Ekue as senior country manager, UK and head of global markets, EMEA – replacing Pierre-Henri Denain who remains CEO, EMEA. With over 20 years’ experience focused around trading, risk management and distribution, Ekue has overseen Natixis’ significant expansion of capital market activities in Asia Pacific and doubled the bank’s headcount in the region and expanded CIB franchises in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. Given London’s current market position, Ekue is expected to lead Natixis’ Global Markets team into the next stage of its development. What’s more, his expertise, experience and energy will play a vital role for leading the branch’s business in both the UK and EMEA-wide market.
