The law firm has announced the appointment of Charlotte Hill as a partner in its London office. Hill specialises in financial regulatory matters. She was most recently a partner at Stephenson Harwood.

Daniel Hepburn has joined the reward team at the professional services firm, where he will advise on the design and implementation of employee and executive incentives. Hepburn has worked in employee reward for over 20 years. He was previously at Clifford Chance, where he was a partner in its employee benefits group.
AXA Investment Management
The wealth management business has recruited Jonathan Crowther as head of its UK liability driven investment team. Crowther has spent the past six years at Legal & General Investment Management, where he was a founding member of its solutions group. Prior to that, he worked at Watson Wyatt.
Crowe Clark Whitehill
The national tax, audit and advisory firm has hired Adam Cutler as a director responsible for developing its social housing specialism. Cutler has over 13 years’ industry experience, and joins from Deloitte.
Irwin Mitchell
Georgie Collins has joined the law firm as a senior intellectual property (IP) partner. Collins specialises in the protection, commercialisation and enforcement of IP rights. She was most recently at Brown Rudnick, where she was head of IP.
Global Prime Partners
The boutique brokerage has announced the appointment of Colin Bridges to its sales team in Europe. He previously spent five years on the equity financing desk at BNP Paribas.
RBS
The bank has recruited Joachim von Schorlemer as country and hub head for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Von Schorlemer was most recently at BNP Paribas, where he was acting chief executive for Germany. Prior to that, he held various roles at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.

James Tumbridge and Paul Harris have both joined the law firm’s IP practice from Gowlings.
