BNP Paribas Investment Partners
Patrick Mange has joined BNP Paribas Investment Partners as an emerging markets strategist. Since 2009, Mange has been deputy chief executive at Shinan BNP Paribas. He previously worked at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets France, where he was a euro area strategist. Prior to that, he was a senior economist at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and head of fixed income research at Deutsche Bank Paris.
JP Morgan Private Bank
The private bank has announced the appointment of Renaud Billard as an executive director and private banker in its UK high net worth team. He was most recently at Societe Generale Private Banking Hambros in London, where he was head of its French desk. Before that, Billard held roles at CCF-HSBC in Paris.
Morningstar
The investment research company has appointed Daniel Vaughan and Michael Eyre to its OBSR manager research team. Vaughan has 15 years’ industry experience, and joins from S&P Capital IQ Fund Research. Eyre joins from Momentum Global Investment Management, where he was a senior fixed-income analyst.
Invesco Powershares
Kristian Walesby has joined the exchange-traded funds (ETFs) provider as head of ETF capital markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He previously built and developed the capital markets platform globally for ETF Securities. Prior to that, Walesby worked in the capital markets team at iShares.
Bristows
The law firm has announced the appointment of Louise Eldridge to its corporate team. Eldridge was formerly a partner at HowardKennedyFSI, and specialises in the digital media and technology sectors.

The property management firm has hired John Michell as head of retail business. He joins from JLL, where he was a lead director in its retail management division.

Mike Hardy has joined the retirement solutions business as a sales director and head of its annuity broking referral service. He was most recently at The Open Market Annuity Service, where he was a business development consultant.
