KEMP LITTLE LLP
Vicky Cooper has been appointed by Kemp Little LLP as a partner in the technology and digital media law firm’s IP & technology disputes group. Vicky will work closely with the firm’s commercial technology team, bolstering Kemp Little’s IT dispute resolution capability. Vicky specialises in helping both suppliers and customers in the technology sector to resolve their disputes. She has extensive experience of high-value IT litigation and arbitration.
STEPHENSON HARWOOD
Law firm Stephenson Harwood has appointed Karima Hudson as a corporate finance partner. Karima joins from Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co, where she led the healthcare practice. Karima became a corporate partner at legacy firm Lawrence Graham in 2009. Karima has worked on many M&A transactions in the healthcare. She has worked with a variety of clients including Formation Capital LLC, HC-One Limited, Cygnet Health, Circle Holdings, Audley Retirement and Vision Direct.
QUINN EMANUEL
Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP has announced that nine new partners have been elected to its partnership, effective 1 January. Epaminontas Triantafilou is among them. He is based in the firm’s London office and will focus international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, as well as public international law. Previously, he has served as legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration.
TUFFIN FERRABY TAYLOR
Neil Wotherspoon has been appointed as senior associate at independent property and construction consultancy, Tuffin Ferraby Taylor. Neil will lead the new team being formed at TFT Edinburgh, which has just opened. Neil joins from Aecom. Tom Setchell has joined as senior building surveyor at Tuffin Ferraby Taylor’s headquarters in Holborn.
APAM
Josh Whiteley has joined APAM as an asset manager in the Manchester office. Prior to joining the property asset and investment manager, Josh worked at a niche Cheshire agency practice specialising in office agency and was responsible for the disposal of retail, industrial and investment properties.
PSIGMA
Psigma Investment Management has announced the appointment of Richard Hyder and David Robertson as investment directors. Both Richard and David will report to Tim Wishart, who has headed up the company’s Edinburgh office since its opening in February 2014.
