New Bridge Street
The executive remuneration specialist has appointed Drew Matthews as partner. He joins from Tesco, where he was group reward director for the past three years. Matthews has also held consultancy roles at PwC, Deloitte, and Stern Stewart.
Eaton Vance Management International
David Morley has been appointed business development director, UK institutional at the investment management firm. He joins from Lombard Odier Investment Managers, where he was head of institutional sales for the UK and Nordic region. Morley has also held senior roles at Henderson Global Investors and KPMG.
Drinker Biddle & Reath
The law firm has announced the appointment of two US lawyers to its office in London. Charles A Cowan and Kristi M Garrett both join the corporate and securities practice group and support the insurance transactional and regulatory practice. Cowan was most recently manager of investigations at Lloyd’s of London. Garrett has held positions at several New York and London law firms.
Cooley
Stephen Rosen has been appointed private equity and venture capital partner at the law firm. His practice focuses on acting for high growth companies, investors, entrepreneurs and management teams on corporate transactions.
M&G Real Estate
The real estate fund manager has announced the appointment of Martin Towns as head of capital solutions. He has been a deputy fund manager at M&G Real Estate for the past four years. Towns has also previously served as director of commercial property at Close Brothers.
Dual Group
The underwriting arm of Hyperion Insurance Group has appointed Talbir Bains as global chief underwriting officer. He previously worked for QBE European Operations, most recently as director of motor and business performance (retail).
The Pensions Trust
The workplace pension fund has appointed Andy O’Regan as executive scheme manager. He joined in December 2014 and has 12 years’ experience as a pensions actuary. O’Regan has previously held positions at KPMG, Mercer and LCP.
