Madeleine McDougall has been appointed head of origination within Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking’s global corporate real estate business. She joins from Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, where she led its international client team in the UK. McDougall has also held roles at Eurohypo and Westimmo.
EY
Jason Lester has been appointed UK & Ireland managing partner for tax at the professional services firm. He has worked for EY for 20 years, and was previously tax markets leader for the UK & Ireland, and leader of its business tax services team.
Allen & Overy
The law firm has announced the appointment of Richard Punt as chief executive of Peerpoint, Allen & Overy’s contract lawyer business. He joins in November from Deloitte, where he is managing partner for clients and markets.
Towers Watson
Luba Nikulina has been promoted to global head of manager research at the professional services firm, following Craig Baker’s appointment to the role of global chief investment officer. She has worked for Towers Watson for nine years, most recently as global head of private markets research.
King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin
The law firm has announced the appointment of Andrei Yakovlev as a partner in its litigation practice in London. He joins from Winston & Strawn, where he was a partner in its arbitration group. Yakovlev is an international arbitration specialist, focusing primarily on Russia and the CIS, and has also worked for Norton Rose and Dewey Ballantine.

The fiduciary manager has appointed Paul Francis as senior client director UK. He joins from Hymans Robertson, where he was senior investment consultant. Francis has also held roles at JLT, Alexander Forbes and Watson Wyatt.
TMF Group
The investment and business services provider has announced two appointments. David Bell joins as director of structured finance and loan services. He was previously at BNY Mellon. Mary Mackintosh joins as UK head of capital markets and SPV services from Freeth Cartwright Solicitors, where she was a partner.
