Regis
The property investment firm has hired James Futter as a senior associate in its acquisition team. He will primarily focus on freehold ground rent portfolio acquisitions in the UK. Futter joins from Barratt Developments, where he was a south region analyst.
Jupiter
The asset management company has announced the appointment of Ross Teverson as head of strategy for global emerging markets (GEM). He previously spent 15 years working in Asian and emerging market equities at Standard Life Investments, where he was most recently investment director for GEM equities.
First Trust
The financial services firm has made two appointments. Roel Thijssen joins as head of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) for Europe. He was formerly a managing director at BlackRock iShares, and has previously held roles at Barclays Global Investors and ABN Amro. Levente Kulcsar joins as head of sales ETFs for Europe. He was most recently at Credit Suisse, where he was head of ETFs for Germany and Austria.
Keystone Law
The Mayfair-based law firm has appointed Andrew Stilton, who leaves SGH Martineau after 34 years. Stilton will focus on M&A and corporate finance work.
The Pensions Trust
The Pensions Trust has hired Paul Murphy as head of strategy and business development. He has over 20 years’ industry experience, and was formerly director of corporate development at The Peoples Pension.
Payne Hicks Beach
The law firm has made two appointments to its private client division. Rosamond McDowell joins as a partner. Andrew Dixon joins as a consultant. They have both previously worked at Pinsent Masons and Collyer Bristow.
LEBC
Jeremy MacLeod has been appointed chief operating officer at the independent financial adviser, pensions, and employee benefits consultancy. He joined LEBC in 2000, and has been national sales manager since 2010. MacLeod has also previously held positions at Hogg Robinson and Cheshire Trafford.
