The retail and leisure developer and asset manager has announced the appointment of Thomas Mallindine as a senior asset manager. He previously worked at M&G Real Estate for five years, most recently as investment manager, retail and institutional funds.
Kingston Smith & Partners
The corporate recovery and insolvency arm of Kingston Smith, the accountancy firm, has announced the appointment of Chris Purkiss as a licensed insolvency practitioner. He has over 15 years’ experience, and will join the forensic insolvency recovery service.
Norton Rose Fulbright
Julian Traill has been appointed a partner in the law firm’s Moscow office. He has been based in Russia since 2008, and his practice focuses primarily on corporate, M&A and private equity work.

Legal director Geraldine Bourke is relocating to the law firm’s Singapore office, to grow its financial lines practice in South East Asia. She was recruited from Mayer Brown in 2013, and has over a decade of experience advising insurers.

The FX settlement firm has appointed Tom Zschach as chief information officer (CIO), based in London. He joins from LCH.Clearnet, where he was CIO. Zschach has also held roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, and Credit Suisse First Boston.

The Aim-listed background check technology firm has announced the appointment of Nicolas Dufour as executive vice president and general counsel. He was formerly chief regulatory counsel at First Advantage, and was also previously a partner at Paley Rothman.

Liz McMeikan has been appointed non-executive director at the regional airline. She is senior independent director at JD Wetherspoon and chairs the remuneration committee at Unite Group.
The Shield Group
The security firm has announced the appointment of Gordon Brady as chief operating officer. He joined the firm in 2012 as managing director of national accounts. Brady has also held senior positions at Rentokil Initial.
