Brussels Airlines adds stunning Tintin livery to plane and renames it Rackham
Fans of Tintin, classic comic book art, or anyone who just appreciates a little colour being added to their flight, should book a ticket on this new Brussels Airlines plane.
The most famous creation of Belgian artist Hergé is gracing the livery of one of the airline’s A320 planes – now renamed Rackham after the book Red Rackham’s Treasure from which the artwork is taken.
The aircraft now displays a stunning image of the beloved character Tintin and his dog Snowy riding in a submarine shaped like a shark alongside some fishy friends from the adventure. It also features further artwork inside the aircraft with Tintin and his friend Captain Haddock
The livery will appear on a single aircraft which flies to a number of destinations in Europe, including Paris, Geneva, Rome and Barcelona.
