British Land gets full house at Regent’s Place after Guinness Partnership takes 10 year lease
PROPERTY giant British Land said yesterday that its 13-acre Regent’s Place campus near Euston station is now fully let after securing The Guinness Partnership as a tenant.
Regent’s Place was completed last summer and is made up of a cluster of buildings let to firms including Debenhams, Santander, Manchester City Football Club and Facebook.
British Land said The Guinness Partnership, which is a charitable housing association, has signed a 10-year lease to take up the remaining property at 30 Brock Street.
“This deal, which sees Regent’s Place fully-let, represents another milestone in what has been an incredible journey over the past 30 years,” British Land’s head of offices Tim Roberts said.
“It has been a huge success, and will help inform what we do at our other campuses, notably Paddington Central,” he added.
The campus is also home to The Triton Building, a 26-storey tower with 94 flats as well as a gym, restaurants and shops including Sainsbury’s.
