The boxer David Haye is the latest famous face to get into the venture business, investing in recruitment startup Syft.
Heavyweight Haye has joined VC firm Profounders Capital, Lord Young – David Cameron's former enterprise adviser – and other entrepreneurs, to invest seed stage cash of £2.65m in the startup.
Syft is aimed at making it easier to recruit temporary staff for events and hospitality and claims to save its clients 55 per cent on the traditional temp fees.
