The bookies’ view
Normal service resumes this weekend as the Premier League returns and we wave goodbye to the Euro 2016 qualifiers for another month – and we at Sportingbet HQ can breathe a collective sigh of relief!
The last few days have been a disaster for us as we got our pants well and truly pulled down with the “Free bet if there is a goal in the first 15 mins of San Marino v Eng” promo.
And it wasn’t even a penalty but, nevermind, we live to fight another day.
So it’s back to business with Everton v Chelsea first up in tomorrow’s early kick off and, true to our word, we are aggressively trading the big boys away from home again, with top price Chelsea at even money.
The pick of the 3pm games could be Crystal Palace v Manchester City. It is second against first, and there’s a few angles to consider here.
They have been scoring for fun and if you think this will continue then it is 7/10 for both teams to score.
On the other hand, if you think Manuel Pellegrini’s men will maintain their 100% record then City to win to nil could be a bet at 37/20.
Finally, tomoorow’s late game sees Manchester United host Liverpool.
It’s a fixture that hardly needs any spicing up but, as Wayne Rooney is the man of the moment, we are boosting his and Christian Benteke’s first goal scorer prices to 11/2 and 15/2 respectively.
Happy punting!
