Ben White replaces Trent Alexander-Arnold in England Euro 2020 squad
Brighton defender Ben White has been given the final place in the England squad for Euro 2020.
White, who has two caps, replaces full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, who was ruled out of the tournament by injury last week.
England begin their Euro 2020 campaign against Croatia at Wembley on Sunday.
White, 23, only made his debut in the friendly with Austria last Wednesday and made his first start against Romania last night.
Southampton midfielder James Ward-Prowse and Manchester United’s Jesse Lingard were among others in contention.
White offers additional cover at centre-back, where England have concerns over the fitness of Harry Maguire.
