BATM secures Islington contract
BATM Advanced Communications Limited has won an $800,000 (£474,000) contract for a surveillance system for Islington Council. The firm’s surveillance system will be used for Islington’s new “CCTV control and command centre”, consisting of a video recording platform and a video wall which displays feeds from various cameras. The wall will feature 1,000 camera feeds in a single centre, for continuous monitoring and faster police and council responses.
