Autonomy in CA acquisition
CAMBRIDGE-BASED software firm Autonomy yesterday said it will buy CA Technologies Information Governance unit for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on Autonomy’s 2010 revenue, profit or cash flow.
Neil Araujo, chief executive of Autonomy unit iManage said: “The combination of Autonomy with CA will further strengthen Autonomy’s solutions for the legal, regulatory and investigative markets.” The deal is set to close in the third quarter.
