Sanchez, currently negotiating a new contract with Arsenal, allegedly funnelled his image rights earnings into a Maltese shell company.
"Alex Sanchez has perfectly obeyed everyone of the laws imposed by the countries where he has resided," said the Chilean's agent last month.
"We ask the press and public at large for the upmost respect until the completion of the ongoing administrative and judicial process."
Footballers' tax affairs has become a hot topic in Spain in recent years with Sanchez's former Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano both receiving suspended jail sentences for tax fraud.
