CAPITAL Real Estate Partners was brought in alongside Rothschild to advise London Bridge Holdings on the sale of More London.
Leading the team on behalf of Capital Real Estate was Nigel Fox, who co-founded the niche London agency in January 2010 after more than two decades working in central London investment and development.
Prior to setting up Capital Real Estate, Fox spent 10 years at Jones Lang LaSalle in various roles including international director and head of City investment.
He has advised land owners, investors and developers on major investment and development projects, including the structuring of complex deals and strategic development.
Capital Real Estate counts the Crown Estate among its top clients and has acted for the group since 2010 on its redevelopment scheme at St James’s Market. In the past three months it has also advised The Clothworkers’ Company on its acquisition of Ruskin House near the British Museum and for British Land on the sale of The Prince’s Trust House near Moorgate.
Property firm Savills advised the Kuwaiti company St Martins on its acquisition of More London.
