Credit Suisse Group AG stoked debate on executive pay in Switzerland yesterday by awarding chiefeExecutive Brady Dougan shares worth around 71m Swiss francs under a five-year bonus plan. Almost 400 of its executives and other managers are now set toreceive shares worth a total of over 3bn francs under the incentive plan, Switzerland’s second-biggest bank by assets.
