Deloitte
The accountancy firm has appointed Mark Lillie and Jeremy Harris as partners in its energy, infrastructure and utility practice.
Lillie, pictured, will head up the IT strategy team and joins from Booz and Company, where he was partner and vice president.
Harris joins the programme leadership consulting practice, focusing on construction and infrastructure projects, and was previously an adviser to the sector at KPMG.
British Land
The property group has appointed David Lockyer as head of West End office asset management and Matthew Pinsent as head of City office asset management.
Lockyer joins from Morgan Stanley Real Estate, where he has managed their UK investments portfolio for the past four years.
Pinsent has been an asset manager at British Land for nearly three years and will now manage assets held within the firm’s Broadgate joint venture with Blackstone.
Octopus Investments
Thierry Serero has joined the investment group to spearhead its fund management of European assets.
Serero joins Octopus with over 20 years of experience in fund management, having previously worked at Fidelity Investments and New Star Investments.
He arrives as the firm prepares to launch a new European absolute return fund in late spring.
Clifford Chance
The law firm has relocated its London head of litigation and dispute resolution, Nick Munday, to Moscow to develop its cross border litigation and arbitration practice in Russia.
Munday, who has been working closely with the Moscow office for a number of years, be responsible for leading teams of lawyers in London and Moscow handling domestic and international matters for Clifford Chance clients doing business in Russia.
SEB
The North European financial services group has appointed Fredrik Carlsson as global head of equity research and Henrik Mitelman as chief strategist at its Enskilda Equities division, and Johan Javeus as global head of trading strategy within SEB Research.
Carlsson previously headed SEB’s Stockholm equity research desk, while Mitelman has worked as an analyst at the firm since 2000 and Javeus since 2004, most recently as head of the FX research team.
Southern Bear
The support services investment holding company has appointed Mark Sims as its new chief executive.
Sims, who replaces Steven Hancock, was formerly chief operating officer of the group and a director at BGC.
