The property group has appointed Hans Vrensen as global head of research, responsible for managing the firm’s research teams in the UK, Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) and Asia-Pacific regions.
Vrensen previously held the position of co-head of European securitisation research at Barclays Capital. He has also worked as senior credit officer at Moody’s and vice president of LaSalle Investment Management.
Execuzen
The financial services search firm has hired Sophie De Ferranti as a managing director.
Ferranti joins with ten years of experience in consultancy and research, specialising in talent acquisition for private wealth.
Prior to joining Execuzen, she was head of private wealth management for Carpenter Farraday.
Collins Stewart
The bank’s wealth management division has boosted its Swiss operation with the hire of Caroline Mansour as a senior client portfolio manager.
For the past seven years, Mansour has focused on the Middle East, working at both the Royal Bank of Canada and ABN Amro. Her experience spans legal, international estate and wealth planning, shariah law and Islamic banking.
African Eagle
The miner has appointed Euan Worthington as non-executive chairman. Worthington previously worked in mining corporate finance at Hoare Govett and SG Warburg.
