Bridget Jackson has joined the accountancy firm as director of corporate sustainability, leading the firm’s internal environmental, community and corporate sustainability strategy.
Jackson has over twenty years of experience in international business and strategy consulting. She joins from management consulting firm Accenture.
She will report directly to managing partner Richard Collier-Keywood.
Resolution
The investment firm has appointed Neil Wesley to head up investor strategy.
Wesley previously worked for Aviva Investors in London for six years, latterly as a UK equities fund manager.
He was previously a fund manager and analyst for the Aviva Group in Australia for five years, having started his career at accountancy firm KPMG in Melbourne.
Pinsent Masons
The law firm has appointed Nick Gavin-Brown and Peter Soliman as senior associates to its London-based restructuring team.
Gavin-Brown joins from Slaughter and May, where he has worked for a decade, with experience working on restructurings in the construction industry and bank bailouts.
Soliman was previously at CMS Cameron McKenna, advising key stakeholders in restructuring scenarios and acquiring distressed debt ad businesses out of insolvency.
Aviva Investors
The asset management business has appointed Ted Potter to the newly-created role of managing director for business development in Europe.
Potter joins from Pinebridge Investments, formerly AIG Investments, where he led the firm’s European business development operations.
He has also been chief operating officer at alternative investment partnership Bedford Oak Advisors and spent six years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in New York.
Future Capital Partners
The alternative investment boutique has expanded with the creation of a major accounts team, led by director Tim Barker.
Barker spent the past four years at Harford Life as a key account director, and has also held senior positions at Axa and Sun Life.
He is joined at Future Capital Partners by Susie Feeney as a business development associate. Feeney also previously worked for Hartford Life and then at the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Coutts & Co
The private bank has hired Matt Marsden as a private banker in its Cardiff team.
Marsden has 18 years of experience in financial services and was most recently with HSBC Bank as a financial adviser. Prior to that, he was at Nelson Money Managers.
