AXA Investment Managers
The asset management company has appointed Lisa O’Connor as European head of consultant relations, reporting to Tim Gardener, global head of consultant relations, in the London office. In her new role, O’Connor will focus on developing AXA IM’s consultant relationships throughout the UK and Europe. O’Connor, who has more than 12 years’ experience in the asset management industry, joins from Russell Investments, where she held the position of associate director, UK Institutional Sales since 2007.
Sunrise Brokers
Steven Raucher will join Sunrise Brokers as a partner in July to lead the company’s emerging market equity derivative business. Raucher joins from ICAP, where he helped expand the emerging markets equity derivative desk.
Affiliated Managers Group
The asset manager has appointed Andrew Dyson to the newly created position of executive vice president and head of global distribution. Dyson joins from BlackRock where he was head of the firm’s global institutional client business, following the merger of BlackRock and Barclays Global Investors.
Santander Corporate Broking
Dale Taylor, Cecilia Tarrio and Rafael Cambra have been recruited by Santander Corporate Banking’s Corporate and Structured Finance team in London. Cambra moves across from Santander’s London strategy and planning team, Taylor joins from Royal Bank of Scotland’s Leverage Finance team, and Tarrio moves from the Grupo Santander credit team in Madrid.

Brenda Bates has been appointed as director of communications for the gold industry’s market development body. Bates was previously director of communications at BPP, University College of Professional Education.
Inalytics
The investment skills specialist has appointed Martin Jack as director. Previously, Jack was managing director at Northern Trust Global Advisors, where he was responsible for the firm’s international multi-manager business.
Sacker & Partners
The specialist pensions law firm has recruited Anna Copestake, Katy Harries and Lauren Vose as solicitors, taking the firm’s total number of pensions lawyers to 53. The three new recruits join from Jones Day, Slaughter and May and Allen & Overy respectively.
