“No. I don’t think the two issues have a lot to do with eachother. The hacking scandal shouldn’t impact on the deal. It’s more of a competition issue. I would expect it to go through without too many problems.”

“Maybe. It’s more an issue of competition than the phone hacking. But they’re not helping themselves. They’re proving that they can’t act responsibly.”
