1. By submitting an image you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. You may submit any number of images.

3. You own the copyright to your submitted image / images.

4. By submitting your image you give City A.M. permission to publish your image in City A.M. and on www.cityam.com and grant City A.M. a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to republish your image in electronic format and hard copy.

5. You must own the copyright to the image / images submitted.

6. The images you submit must not contain any third-party materials and/or content that you do have permission to use and must not otherwise be obscene, defamatory or in breach of any applicable legislation or regulations. If we have reason to believe the image you have submitted is not your own work, or otherwise breaches point 5 it may not be considered.
