Holyfield calls out champ Haye
BOXING: Heavyweight veteran Evander Holyfield has challenged British WBA champion David Haye to what would be a high-profile title fight.
The American, who turns 48 next month, said: “I’m looking at both the Klitschko brothers and David Haye. I want to fight the people with the titles. If they want to make money, I’m the guy they need to fight.”
Two-weight world champion Holyfield won the WBF title by beating Frans Botha in April and is set to face Sherman Williams in November.
