SMOKERS FACE HOUSING CRISIS
New research shows that smokers are facing a crisis in housing as growing intolerance rules them out for flatshares. A survey conducted by Easyroomate.co.uk says that just 7 per cent of landlords allow smoking in their properties and 38 per cent say they will evict lodgers for smoking indoors. It says that 370,000 smokers are stuck in non-smoking flat-shares. With property prices on the up, smokers are stuggling to find the cash to buy their own house in which to smoke.
