Fulham boss concerned as Zamora rift rumours persist

FULHAM manager Martin Jol has denied reports claiming he made Bobby Zamora train with the reserves this week and admits he is becoming increasingly frustrated at having to deny he has fallen out with the England striker.
Zamora has been linked with a move away from Craven Cottage in January amid suggestions that his relationship with his manager has broken down completely.
Jol, whose side host Manchester United this evening looking to extend their recent excellent record of two wins and a draw on home soil against the champions in the last three seasons, insisted there is no truth in the rumours he banished Zamora.
Jol said: “There is no rift, Bobby is Bobby. He was fine yesterday, he trained with all the players who didn’t start against Bolton.
“For me it’s not a big problem. I’m only concerned that this sort of thing is coming up all the time.”
