I suspect premiums are too high. Any crackdown on spurious claims is a good thing. Twenty to thirty years ago where were all the whiplash claims? We’ve become an overly litigious society.

It’ll stop people who are just fraudsters but might be a bad thing if you’re genuine and on the borderline of whatever the criteria is. It’s a bit of a mixed bag.
