BMW DRIVERS ARE RUDEST
BMW drivers are the most likely to be obnoxious on the road according to a survey of 3,000 motorists conducted by gocompare.com. Results from the study found BMW drivers the most likely to tailgate, make rude hand gestures and to speed, and more than half of the survey’s respondents had suffered a “bad experience” involving a BMW driver. White van men were rated the second most anti-social.
FOSTER’S ZEPPELIN-SHAPED THREE-WHEELER
Architect Norman Foster has recreated the historic three-wheeler Dymaxion designed by his mentor, Buckminster Fuller, as part of a retrospective of the pioneering architect. Just three of the 11-seater, zeppelin-shaped, front-wheel drive vehicles were made and only one survives. It’s green with a white roof and will be on show at the Ivory Press gallery in Madrid until the end October.
FORD RANGER
This is the all-new Ford Ranger pickup which has just debuted at the Australian International Motor Show in Sydney. Now it’s bound for the UK – not just the outback. It will come in three different cab body styles, a choice of 4×2 and 4×4 drivetrains and two different ride heights. Which means there should be an option for you if you’re the kind of driver who likes automotive parkour.
