Simon Pettitt has been appointed head of the stockbroker’s fixed income business. He joins from Eurodekania. Pettitt was part of the teams that established Heritage Capital and Orion Finance.
Norton Rose
Owen Jonathan has been appointed senior adviser to the law firm’s global executive committee. He joins from PwC, where he was general counsel. Jonathan previously worked for Norton Rose between 1983 and 1994.
BlackRock
The investment management firm has announced the appointment of Olivier Defaux to its financial institutions group in its London office. He transfers from BlackRock’s financial markets advisory group.
BNP Paribas Real Estate
Richard Garside, James Hiatt and Tom Hood have been appointed to the real estate investment firm’s central London investment team. They all join from GVA, where they worked in its central London investment team.
Debevoise & Plimpton
The law firm has appointed Kevin Lloyd as a partner in its London-based litigation team. He joins from Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was a senior partner in its commercial litigation group.
Cushman & Wakefield
The real estate advisory firm has appointed Natalie Lintott as an associate in its London retail team. She joins after eight years at CWM, the retail agency, and specialises in domestic and international retailers.
