Rathbones
The investment management firm has appointed Mike Townsend as investment director. He joins from Coutts, where he was a senior private banker. Townsend has 34 years’ experience in wealth management, and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
City Financial
The fund management firm has appointed Mark Harris as manager of its multi-asset funds. He was part of the Eden Asset Management team that joined City Financial in October 2012. Harris has also held senior roles at New Star and Henderson Global Investors, where he was head of multi-manager.
UK Green Investment Bank
The government-funded investment bank has appointed Robert Mansley as managing director, capital markets. He was previously a managing director at Morgan Stanley, where he was head of European renewables in its global power and utilities group. Mansley has also held roles at Credit Suisse and HSBC Investment Bank.
VTB Capital
Marco Huber has been appointed head of debt capital markets for central and eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa at the investment bank. He was previously director for eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa debt capital markets at Credit Suisse. Huber has over 10 years’ experience in the region.
KNG Securities
The specialist investment product provider has appointed Thomas Saler and Gabrielle Balducci to its fixed income team. Saler joins from UBS, where he was a senior salesperson. He has also served as head of fixed income wealth management products at UBS. Balducci previously held positions on the fixed income teams at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan, with a particular focus on southern Europe.
Jones Lang LaSalle
Luke Hargreaves has been appointed regional director in the real estate services firm’s central London retail team. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent seven years advising private landlords and luxury retailers on central London real estate.
Knights Solicitors
The law firm has made two appointments to its real estate team. Amanda Hanmore joins as a commercial property partner from SGH Martineau, where she was a partner. Christopher Howdle joins as a property planner from LSG Solicitors, where he was also a partner.
