Chairmen back EU reform plan
SUPPORT for renegotiation of the UK’s relationship with Europe is strong among chairmen of FTSE100 companies, with 81 per cent backing the idea, according to a new survey.
Research conducted by Korn Ferry sampled one-third of FTSE100 chairmen and found the strongest support was for renegotiation and not a complete withdrawal, which just four per cent of those asked support. Just 15 per cent said they would like to see closer ties with the EU on political and economic terms.
