The property and asset management firm has announced the appointment of Jonathan Lovejoy as a portfolio director. He joins from Capita Real Estate, where he was director of property management operations.
Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management
The asset and wealth management business has hired Hugo Vere as UK head of asset management in its real estate investment division. Vere has over 17 years’ investment management experience. He has previously held roles at Dunlop Hayward and Guidance Investments.
Hermes Fund Managers
The fund management firm has appointed Diego Mauro as senior investment analyst, Asia, in its emerging markets team. He was most recently at Legg Mason International Equities, where he was a global emerging market analyst.
Dentons
The law firm has recruited Charles July as a partner in its energy, infrastructure and project finance practice in London. He was previously at Watson, Farley & Williams, where he was a partner and former head of its projects, commodities and export finance group in London. Prior to that, he was head of the energy and infrastructure team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Jones Lang LaSalle
Adrian Crooks has joined the property company as head of West End office agency. He was formerly leasing director of Land Securities’ central London office portfolio.

The investment company has recruited Johan Van de Steen as a senior operating professional. He joins from Vision Capital, where he was an operating partner and head of its portfolio management committee.
RiverPeak Wealth
The investment management firm has hired James Powell as managing director. He was most recently director of private banking at Banque Havilland.
Fidelio Partners
Emma Villiers has joined the recruitment firm as a senior consultant. Villiers was previously global head of communication for ING Group’s international property business.
