TT recruits boss from Cobham
VEHICLE component maker TT Electronics has snapped up Cobham’s head of aerospace and security as its new chief executive, the firm said yesterday.
Richard Tyson will replace current TT Electronics boss Geraint Anderson, who is stepping down after six years in the role.
Tyson joined Cobham in 2003 and is responsible for doubling the size of his division’s business between 2008 and 2013.
Before Cobham, he spent 13 years at Goodrich Aerospace in managerial roles.
A company spokesperson said Tyson will use his expertise in aerospace to build up that division at TT Electronics.
