Help is at hand for the Square Mile romantics
BUSY City workers often employ the services of a concierge to help organise their daily lives. However, one City boy from HSBC has taken hired help to a new level – employing two women to help him propose to his girlfriend.
David Bossart enlisted the services of professional proposals service duo Daisy and Tiffany to help create an Alice in Wonderland themed proposal on Hampstead Heath for his (now) fiancée Sarah.
The pretty picnic was all very romantic, but somewhat overshadowed by other proposals that the company has worked on: A flash mob choir on the London Eye, a Bollywood dance routine in Tower Bridge and one international proposal where the would-be bride was flown to New York and greeted with a specially-hired boutique filled with designer Louboutin shoes – which she got to keep, incidentally.
Any readers about to go down on one knee who think they can beat the fairytale picnic might find themselves on television. The Capitalist hears that the professional cupids are planning a reality programme.
