Analyst Views | Have PPHE’s half year results changed your outlook for the group?
JACK O’BRIEN LIBERUM CAPITAL
First half revenue and earnings are broadly flat, with the UK market performing strongly and continental European markets remaining challenging…Portfolio growth bodes well and is a long term attraction. PPHE remains too cheap relative to peers. We increase our target price from 336p to 500p.
JAMES HOLLINS INVESTEC
Led by the continued strength of its London assets, PPHE has reported solid first half results…We leave forecasts unchanged and continue to rate PPHE a ‘buy’ given its attractive gateway assets, development pipeline, dividend yield, projected RevPar growth and recovery in the Netherlands.
ADRIAN KEARSEY HARDMAN & CO
Trading was inline and we have made no change to our forecast. Within the mix, it is interesting what is happening in London and the outperformance there. We did some analysis on how they were doing on TripAdvisor and they came out top. That kind of accreditation is being reflected in their outperformance.
