The property company has appointed Oliver Fraser-Looen as a director in its European cross-border investment division. Fraser-Looen was most recently at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked in its European cross-border retail investment team.
Investec Wealth & Investment
John Wyn-Evans has joined the wealth management business as head of investment strategy. Wyn-Evans was formerly an executive director at Lehman Brothers and Nomura, and was most recently a consultant to Troy Asset Management.
T Rowe Price
The asset management firm has recruited Nick Slater as head of consultant relations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has previously held various roles at Fidelity and BlackRock.
Argonaut Capital Partners
Keith Rumbelow has joined the investment boutique as head of sales. Rumbelow has over 20 years’ sales experience, and was most recently at Swiss & Global Asset Management.
Alliance Trust Investments
The investment management business has made two appointments to its fixed income team. Kenny Watson joins from Ignis Asset Management, where he was responsible for its sub-investment grade bond portfolios. Dan Daldry has spent the last five years at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.
BlueBay Asset Management
Richard Blake has been appointed director for sales, alternatives at the specialist asset management firm. He joins from Moore Capital Management, where he was head of investor relations for Europe.

The technology company has hired Andrew Simon as UK executive general product manager. He was most recently chief operating officer at iPipeline.
VocaLink
The UK and international payments system provider has appointed Bijal Desai as chief risk officer. Desai was formerly global head of operational risk in Macquarie Group’s fund management business.
