Savills
The property company has recruited Brian Gaffney as a director and head of property management in Belfast. Gaffney has over 15 years’ industry experience. He joins from Colliers International, where he was head of its property management division.
Standard Chartered
The bank has announced two appointments to build its legal, compliance and regulatory programmes. David Fein joins as group general counsel. He was most recently US attorney for the District of Connecticut. Jean Moorhouse joins as head of group prudential affairs from the UK Prudential Regulatory Authority. Prior to that, she was a senior manager at the Bank of England and a lead regulator at the Financial Services Authority.
Brown Rudnick
Peter Bibby has been appointed partner in the law firm’s London office. Bibby has over 20 years’ experience in financial regulatory law, and will join its international white collar and investigations practice. He was previously at Bingham McCutchen, where he spent seven years as a partner. Prior to that, he was head of enforcement at the Financial Services Authority.
Taylor Wimpey
The property company has appointed Ingrid Skinner to its executive management team. Skinner has been managing director at Taylor Wimpey central London since 2010.
Winckworth Sherwood
Xuan Pollard has joined the law firm as a partner in its corporate and commercial division. She was most recently at Gordon Dadds, where she was a partner in its corporate and commercial team.
RSA
The insurance company has hired Philip Smith as group director for global brokers. Smith joined the firm in 2006. Prior to that, he was senior insurance partner at Accenture, and senior manager at AMEV Insurance. He is the current president of Insurance Ireland.
Kain Knight
Michael Morton has joined the law firm as a senior costs draftsman. He has previously held various positions at Allen & Overy and Masons.
