Ramsey return delayed again but Kallstrom may face Spurs
ARSENAL midfielder Aaron Ramsey is out of Sunday’s north London derby after suffering another setback in his recovery from injury.
Ramsey, who scored 13 goals during a blistering start to the season, has not played since 2013 due to a thigh problem.
The Wales international, 23, had been tipped by Arsene Wenger to be ready for the trip to Tottenham, but the Gunners manager revealed yesterday that Ramsey was behind schedule. Ramsey had his first setback in January, when he was ruled out for a further six weeks.
Wenger could hand loan signing Kim Kallstrom a long-awaited debut, after the Sweden midfielder, recruited in January, resumed full training. Playmaker Mesut Ozil is expected to be out for four weeks after injuring his hamstring, but leftbacks Nacho Monreal and Kieran Gibbs could both return at White Hart Lane as Arsenal look to put pressure on the Premier League’s top two, Chelsea and Manchester City.
