The investment management firm has announced the appointment of Richard Vincent as head of wholesale solutions. He was most recently at Skandia Investment Group/Old Mutual Wealth, where he was proposition director.

Nigel Kissack has joined the law firm as national head of commercial litigation. Kissack specialises in resolving disputes for private and listed companies. He was previously head of litigation at Pinsent Masons.
Kleinwort Benson
The private bank has recruited Claude Cochin de Billy as co-head and managing director of its private investment office. He joins from UBS Wealth Management, where he was a senior banker in its global family office group.
Signia Wealth
The wealth management firm has hired Michael Rosenthal as head of hedge fund investment. He was most recently at Amundi Asset Management, where he was global co-head of hedge fund investment.
JLT Employee Benefits
Teresa Beach has been appointed chief operating officer at the employee benefits firm. She joins from Amey, where she was interim solutions director. Prior to that, she was group head of business change at Catlin.
Ahli United Bank
The bank has hired Jakes Ferguson as deputy chief executive and head of commercial banking. Ferguson was previously at Sarasin & Partners, where he was head of global real estate.
Akin Gump
The law firm has recruited Alan Yanovich as senior counsel in its international trade practice. He was formerly counsellor to the World Trade Organisation Appellate Body Secretariat.
Cluff Natural Resources
Graham Swindells has been appointed finance director on Cluff’s board. He has previously held various roles at Ernst & Young and Arbuthnot Securities.
