The professional services firm has announced the hire of William Beer as a managing director and head of its South American cyber protection division. He was most recently at PwC, where he led its UK information and cyber security practice.
Northern Trust
The investment management firm has appointed Matthew Peron as managing director for global equity. He has over 23 years’ industry experience, and has previously held various roles at Alliance Capital and Lincoln Capital Management.
Tern
Michael John Clark has joined the investment company as a director. He has previously worked at IBM, Anite and APP Group.
Amanie
The Islamic finance advisory firm has hired Noel Lourdes as head of its European advisory division. He most recently worked at the Central Bank of Ireland. Prior to that, he held various positions at Avenue K and KPMG Corporate Finance.
Assurant Solutions
Chris Harrison has been appointed president and chief executive for Europe at the insurance company. Harrison was formerly chief executive of the Lifestyle Group. Before that, he was chief executive of ACE Group’s combined insurance Europe division.
Oasis Healthcare
The healthcare firm has recruited Jordi Gonzalez as chief financial officer. He joins from Vitaldent Group, where he was chief financial officer. He has previously held various roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Jones Day
The law firm has appointed Bojan Savic as a partner in its Munich intellectual property practice. He was formerly a partner at Viering & Jentschura.
Renaissance Capital
Ozlem Turgay has joined the Turkish equities team at the emerging market investment bank. She most recently worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
