Quins tipped to upset the odds for play-off spot
HARLEQUINS wing Ugo Monye backs his side to continue thriving against the odds as they seek an Aviva Premiership play-off place with victory over Bath tomorrow.
Quins have won four matches in a row and will book a semi-final with a bonus point win, or regular win, provided their opponents do not claim two bonus points.
Monye said: “It’s massive, effectively a quarter-final and winner-takes-all for us. It’s big but I think this team and the culture within this club thrives on those big games.
“We’re not in more of a pressure situation than any other weekend.
“We love those games and it’s what we train for. From July last year all the way through to where we are today, we want those one-off opportunities. One shot, one kill is what we are all about.”
Elsewhere, Saracens travel to Leicester Tigers with top spot already secured, while London Irish host Sale Sharks and London Wasps face a trip to Northampton Saints.
