The property company has announced the appointment of Luke Kemp as a specialist in its student property division. He was most recently at BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory, where he was an associate director for valuation.
DAC Beachcroft
The law firm has hired two partners to its national construction and engineering practice. Warren Kemp and James Harrison both join from Watson Burton, where they were partners.
Blur Group
Lucy Davies has been appointed head of PR at the technology company. She has over 15 years’ industry experience. Davies was most recently at Experian, where she worked on PR and online strategy. Before that, she was at RBS Insurance.
FM Global
The commercial property insurer has recruited Randall Schreitmueller as vice president and manager of broker relations. He joined FM Global in 1977, and has since held roles in underwriting, client servicing, sales management and marketing.
Terra Firma
The private equity firm has announced the hire of Ingmar Wilhelm as financial managing director. He will join in January from Enel Green Power, where he is head of business development.
Herbert Smith Freehills
Leila Hubeaut has joined the law firm’s Paris office as a corporate partner in its Africa, energy and infrastructure team. She was most recently at Gide Loyrette Nouel, where she worked in its Paris and New York offices. Before that, Hubeaut worked in the corporate team in Ernst & Young’s law practice.
Rialto Energy
The energy company has announced the appointment Andrew Rose, currently interim chief financial officer, as chief financial officer. He was formerly chief financial officer of Gulfsands Petroleum. Prior to that, Rose was chief financial officer of Burren Energy from 2001 to 2008.
