Palace appeal Bolasie red card
FOOTBALL: Crystal Palace have lodged an appeal against the red card shown to Yannick Bolasie in Saturday’s win over Hull. Bolasie was sent off by referee Anthony Taylor for a lunge on on-loan Tottenham midfielder Jake Livermore. Sunderland have also appealed the red card shown by Kevin Friend to defender Wes Brown in the 2-0 defeat at Stoke.
