German unemployment sees unexpected jump in November
German unemployment has risen by 10,000 in November, and October's increase of 2,000 has been revised up to 3,000 by statisticians.
That's higher than the increase of 1,000 forecast by analysts for this month. The unemployment rate remains unchanged at 6.9 per cent, as expected.
